On Friday, November 12, 2010, Charles Byron Woodward of Leesburg, VA. Beloved husband of the late Barbara S. Woodward; devoted father of James R. Woodward, Charles B. Woodward, Jr., Harland S. Woodward and Douglas R. Woodward. Also survived by four grandchildren.
