David Baumbach

On October 20,2014 in Arlington, VA. Loving Husband of Merry L. Donnelly, father of Mark, David Jr.(deceased), James, and Sean Donnelly; Grandfather of Alyssa and Logan. Loving Brother of Jim Baumbach (Antoinette Bosh). Dave was born in Pittsburg and moved to Northern Virginia in 1985. He was a self-made businessman, owning a general contrcting firm, Baumbach Home Improvements. He was very active in Arlington County Youth Sports, coaching Babe Ruth baseball, football and basketball. He was an avid gardener including watering, gardening, and caring for his ponds and koy fish. He loved his dog, Duke and NASCAR. He was soul mate to Merry Donnelly and loved and cared for his sons. A veiwing will be held at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington on Sunday October 26th from 5 to 8 PM. On Monday, October 27th begining at 11 AM, a funeral service will be held at Saint Agnes Catholic Church, 1914 N. Randolph St., Arlington. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Dave's name to Esophageal Cancer Research.
