Donald Jack Garrison

Donald J. Garrison of Annandale, VA and Jupiter, FL began his heavenly adventure on May 12, 2025 after a lengthy illness surrounded and supported by his loving family and dear friends. Born on October 10, 1944 and preceded in death by his parents George and Dorothy (Burner) Garrison, he lived a life marked by strength, kindness, and joy.

Don is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte; his devoted children Colleen (Skeeter), Charles (Claire), and Sarah; also his treasured grandchildren, Meghan Sibert, Cassidy Garrison, Charlotte “CC” Garrison; and his brother George Garrison (Diane).

A proud Navy veteran, technology sales expert, lifelong boater, and devoted family man, he found peace and joy in the simple moments—especially growing up in Trenton, NJ, weekends at Lake Caroline, vacations in Jupiter FL, and time spent with his kids, grandkids, friends, and little granddog, Happy.

Don will be remembered always for his steady heart, warm smile, and the happiness he brought to everyone around him. He was deeply loved and will be forever missed. Everyone is invited to his funeral Mass which will be celebrated at St. Ann Catholic Church in Arlington, VA on July 19 at noon. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery will be at a later date.
