Of Arlington, VA, passed on Tuesday, January 1, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Borden in 1974. She is survived by her children, Ray (Debbie) Borden and Diana (Kevin) Dowd; her granddaughter, Dr. Candice (Eric) Cangemi; and her cousin Lois Ann Reingruber. Dorothy will also be greatly missed by her beloved family pets. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 6 at Murphy Funeral Home of Arlington, 4510 Wilson Blvd., and where funeral services will be held on Monday, January 7 at 11 a.m. Interment in Columbia Gardens.
