We're sorry to learn of Col. (aka: Granddad) Daley. He and Mrs. Daley have been a loving staple in our lives since Sean and Megan were in preschool together and we shared our Trinity bonds at a back to school night when their dear teacher, Sue August, put the Trinity connection together. We were so pleased that they both remembered my mother who had long since passed away, from TC days. 62 year married! What a wonderful example you set.

Rose,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved Dad. My Father taught for 50 years and my Mother taught for 51 years. I am confident they are all up in heaven teaching right now.

May the former days of JOY far outweigh the coming days of sorrow.

Few people know that Mick held the 1st Ph.D degree awarded in the Graduate School of Education at George Mason University. I was blessed to be his doctoral advisor and friend. Mick was a special man. I'll miss him and the time we argued, smiled and argued some more. Go get em, my friend!

A remarkable legacy, and I am so happy to know Col. Daley's son Ed, and share our Army backgrounds and pride. I had a grandmother named Beatrice, also from Alabama, so feel our links are many. Randy and I send our condolences and great appreciation for Col.Daley's service to our country. Windy
