Edward Redd

In the early morning hours on Friday January 22, Edward (Ed) Redd Sr. passed away peacefully in the comfort of his loving family. Edward was an avid sports fan and loving Father. He was preceded in death by his Mother Eileen Redd, one Brother William, Sisters Hilda, Aileen, Mamie, Delores, Ruth and Norma. Edward is survived by his children Dianne Cogan (Jonathan) Edward Redd Jr. (Renee) Cassandra Redd-Williams (Michael) and Sharron Jones (Orlando), Grandchildren Sharron Johnson (Jakee) Michael Redd, Timothy Boyette (Kayla), Marley Cogan, Katie Boyette, Devon Redd Williams, Kelly Cogan and Nigel Redd, Great grandchildren Keemarni Bullock, Jakee Bullock and Syeed Bullock. Sisters Pearl, Estelle, Gloria, Cecilia, Sally (William) and Phyllis, (Hodges), and a host of other Family Members. A visitation will take place on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 11 AM at Murphy Funeral Home 4510 Wilson Blvd. Arlington, VA 22203. A Celebration of Edward's life will begin at 1 PM. Interment to follow at Pleasant Valley Memorial Park. Family will be receiving Family and Friends at Rock Bottom Café in Arlington, VA.
