Emerson Franklin Hunsberger (Age 102) of Arlington, VA passed peacefully on May 4, 2016. Survived by his loving daughter Julia Hunsberger Stobbe, his five grandchildren, Michelle Hunsberger Schahn, Marsha Clark Pollard, Eric Hunsberger, Steven Stobbe and Wendy Stobbe and his seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his devoted wife, Anne Moore Hunsberger, and two children, Donald and Roger. A WWII U.S. Army Veteran and a Civil Engineer, he worked for Arlington County Land Survey Division for 31 years and retired with honors in 1976 as Director. A visitation will be held at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, on Friday, May 27th from 3-5pm and where Services will be held on Saturday, May 28th at 11am.
