Frank is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Paula, Melanie Barber, daughter, Michael Holloway, son, grandchildren, Erika, Eileen, and Eddie Barber, Griffin Holloway, Jessie Vezie, and Morgan Holloway. Frank is also survived by great grandchildren, Xavier and Valentina Baquerizo and Helena Hayes.
Services will be a visitation on Saturday, December 2, from 1 to 4pm at Murphy Funeral Homes of Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Capital Caring Hospice.
