Mr. Bowley is survived by his son, Michael Bowley, daughter, Laurie Parker, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, James Bowley.
A celebration of life will be held October 11, 2025 at 11:30am at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd. Arlington, VA 22203.
