Of Arlington, VA passed away at home, surrounded by loved ones, on Monday, November 12, 2012. He is survived by five nieces and one nephew; numerous great-nieces and great nephews, as well as other family members. He is also survived by his close friend Ross Thaxter. Friends may call to Murphy Funeral Home of Arlington, 4510 Wilson Blvd, on Monday, November 19 from 2-4pm. Funeral services and interment to be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
