Irene is survived by her beloved sons George and Eleftherios of Arlington, Virginia, her sisters Katina, Maria, Anna and Aristoula, and her brother Alexandros, all of Athens Greece, as well as many nieces and nephews in the US and Greece. She was preceded in death by her brothers Christos and Mihalis.
A native of Andros Island Greece, Irene lived most of her life in Arlington, Virginia and Athens, Greece and was, along with her husband, a DC area businesswoman/restauranteur.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 14, 2022 from 11:00 am until 12 noon at St. Katherine’s Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church, Virginia. Funeral will follow the visitation at Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12:00 noon with internment at Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
