Jim was a kind and thoughtful sibling and friend. He was devoted to his family and had a passion for international travel.
He worked as an attorney in the aviation industry for many decades. He was also a founding member of the United States Business Associates.
He is survived by his brother Robert (Jean), his sister Elizabeth, his sister Ellen Casey Stephenson, and his brother-in-law Michael Peck. He was predeceased by his sister Patricia Casey Peck.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 4 to 7 pm at the Murphy Funeral Home 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Virginia 22203. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11 am at St. John the Beloved Catholic Church 6420 Linway Terrace, McLean, Virginia 22101.
