James Vincent McGettrick Jr. was born on September 25, 1950 and passed away February 6, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn. He is survived by 2 sisters-in-law Penelope Gilles (James) and Margaret Elizabeth Evans; nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
A visitation will be held at Murphy Funeral Home in Arlington on Monday, April 7 from 11:00-12:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow, Monday April 7 at 1:00 at St. James Catholic Church in Falls Church, Va. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation will be appreciated.
