Dear Gwen, Janie and Wyatt,
Needless to say, our family {Joan, Elizabeth and Hal} will miss your dear mother. Mom would always say that Jane was her first friend when she moved to Richmond and remembers the two of them strolling with baby buggys together down Stratford. A little more than a year ago, Mom went up to see your mom in NOVA and I have a picture from then which my mom loves to look at.

Dear Bethel Family, I had the priviledge of meeting Jane while she was a resident at Tall Oaks. She was a regular at our church's bible study and her love for  Jesus was truly evident. She was such a blessing and encouragement to not only myself but also to the other residents. She will be greatly missed. While I am sad that we will not see her again on this earth, I take comfort in knowing that she is in eternal rest. May God's peace be on your family.

So sad to hear the news...your mother was my very dear friend at Southampton Baptist Church. We last visited in March of this year and had the best time. Your mother was always my best confidant when I was puzzled about a life situation. Her "no nonsense" advice was always the best. I will miss her blue eyes and her great laugh! She was a very special person and will hold a very special place in Heaven. Since we all know where she is, hopefully, our hearts are just a little less hurtful. God bless all of you for caring so greatly for her the last two years. She was happy to be near all of you.
