Jean is survived by her husband, Allan Cogswell; sons, Allan Jr, Richard and David; daughter, Stacie Stinnette; brother, Richard Barr, aunt June Tyers; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren
The visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Murphy Funeral Home Arlington with the graveside service to follow at 1:30 pm at Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
The family invites guests for a reception at Glory Days Grill in Barcroft Plaza at 6341 Columbia Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041 from 2:30 - 5:00PM following the graveside service.
