Joseph Swindell Smith passed away on February 3, 2016 in Arlington, Virginia. He was born in Richmond, Virginia on June 5, 1957. He is survived by his daughter, Amy E. Smith, and long-time girlfriend, Afton Cleveland. He has two grandchildren, Natalie Ann and Aaron Joseph.
A memorial service will be held at Murphy’s Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia on February 28 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. Flowers are welcome.
