Dear Joan & Family,
We were classmates from 8th grade thru high school.  He was modest, yet the best looking guy in our class. His careers in the Navy and the State Dept. were a testament to his versatility and his talents. I respected him and will miss him as I know you all will.  You are in my prayers. God bless you all.
