Daughter of the late Marshall Harrison and Blanche Poole Gray, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the Goodwin House, Falls Church, VA. Mary Jo was born in Grayton, Maryland, graduate of the Lake School for Secretaries in Northwest Washington, in the 1940’s. She was a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Secretary for 40 years and a Federal employee for 45 years, retiring in 1988. She was also an avid tennis player. Mary Jo Survived her late husband, Victor Horn and leaves behind three close friends, Jacqueline Abrams, Marlenia Neff and Pamela Orton. There will be a viewing at 9am and funeral service at 10am at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA. Interment will immediately follow the service at Old Durham Church Cemetery, 8685 Ironsides Road, Nanjemoy, Maryland.
