She died at age 85 on 12/26/2023 from Pneumonia. Mary Louise “went upstairs” surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents John and Mary Hogan, son Kevin, daughter Mary and brother John Kevin. Mary Louise is survived by her daughter Susan, three grandchildren Christina Maria, Shawn Patrick, Elizabeth Anne and five great grandchildren.
Mary Lou worked as a medical secretary, retiring at age 67. Then she volunteered as a “Pink Lady” at Inova Alexandria Hospital. She loved family, her Catholic faith, friends, reading and snacking.
So many called her Momma!
There will be a prayer service at Murphy’s Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd, Friday, 1/12/2024 at 1pm.
She will be buried at Holy Cross Cemetery located in Yeadon, PA. on Saturday 1/13/2024 at 12:30pm
