Met Paul recently! Met us (daughter & grandson) at the dulles air museum to give my grandson a personal tour! Our love and best wishes with the family. May his soul rest in peace. He loved life and he certainly showed it. We will miss him dearly.

 PQ was a great friend (and coworker @ Mitre)of our beloved, late father Richard as well as our entire family for many, many years. He was a true friend in every sense of the word. He was always loyal, kind, and generous of action and word.
 We will never forget his great big smile and hugs that matched his outgoing personality.
  Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family.  
 PQ, you will be greatly missed and never forgotten!

PQ and I go way back to elementary school and Camp Osamaquin.  Both
being from Jamaica Plain, we've remained friends all these years along with our buddy, Jim T (Triantefel) who now lives in Chicago.  When I came back from the West after college, for awhile I lived at Paul's house with Paul, his mother, grandmother, and sister Phyllis Ann.  PQ,  I am really going to miss you, dear friend.

I met PQ my first day at MITRE IN 1974 and remained close until I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2009.  I had the great honor of PQ giving me away to my husband when we married in 1991.  I've never known anyone like him and never will.  He was a gentleman in every sense of the word and never met a stranger!  My love and heartfelt condolences go out to the family, especially Dana, Stephen, and the grandchildren he was so proud of and loved so very much,  This world has lost a wonderful man. I worked with PQ at MITRE many years ago and so appreciated his humor, his stories, and his grace. I know he's up there pushing the envelope and making the angels laugh!

We always felt it was such an honor every time we could spend some time with PQ, he always gave so much to his family and his country. 
As we all know Uncle Paul had endless cool stories to tell. A few years ago Uncle Paul met us at the National Air and Space Museum, we had our very own personal tour director, and part way through the museum two of the paid tour guides groups joined our family to have a complete tour as only Uncle Paul could give from actual experience.
PQ met everyone with a hearty handshake and a hug, it would always brighten our day every time we were with him. Our hearts go out to Phyllis Ann, Virginia, Dana, Stephen, and their families, and the countless others who had the privilege of knowing PQ.

I always knew him as PQ. I worked with him at MITRE in McLean for many years. He was one of the nicest people I knew.  Although I haven't seen him as often in the last few years I was always happy to know he was still on this earth. His life was exempliary and I will miss him. My condolences to his family.

What a wonderful bright light the world and his family has lost.  When I look up at the sky at night now and I see that new extra bright twinkling star, I know that to be PQ shining his light in the Heavens. I was so very blessed to have been his Goddaughter.

I worked with Paul at MITRE in Bedford, MA and in Arlington, VA.  He was not only a true professional, but one of the nicest persons I ever met.  My condolences to his family and many friends.  We have lost a gem of a man.
