Pedro Juan Sotelo Villanueva

Don Pedro was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, one of 24 siblings. He was a draftsman at an architect firm until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Celia, three sons Antonio, Guillermo and Pedro, grandchildren Nija, Nathan and Nastasha, great grandkids Isaiah, Xavier, Alexander, Eli and Yanaai

After retirement, he and his wife moved to Arlington, Virginia to be close to their son Guillermo. He enjoyed family time, going on cruises and helped raise his grandkids.

A loving husband, father and grandfather, he was a sweet, gentle soul and a quiet force who was happiest enjoying a paella or seafood dish surrounded by family.

Don Pedro nació en San Juan, Puerto Rico, uno de 24 hermanos. Fungió como delineante en una firma de arquitectos hasta su retiro. Le sobreviven su esposa Celia, tres hijos Antonio, Guillermo y Pedro, nietos Nija, Nathan y Nastasha, bisnietos Isaiah, Xavier, Alexander, Eli y Yanaai.

Luego de su retiro, se mudó a Arlington, Virginia con su esposa para estar cerca de su hijo Guillermo. Disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia, ir de crucero con su esposa y ayudó a criar a sus nietos.

Esposo, padre y abuelo amoroso, era un hombre callado y amable que recibía a todos con una sonrisa. Sus momentos más felices incluían una paella o plato de mariscos rodeados por su familia.
