Phillip Leal Feliciano

Phillip Leal Feliciano was born in Takoma Park, MD on May 25, 1950 to Jose Madeira Feliciano and Leonette Leal Feliciano. He passed away into the arms of our Lord on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025. Phil is survived by his wife (Molly), children (Daniel, Erin, David, Jennifer, and Alex), grandchildren (Lucas, Ines, Dominic, Nicholas, and Joseph), and brother (Richard).

Phil was a man of strong Catholic faith who loved God with his whole being, and he believed in serving God, family, and one’s work in that order. He was a leader in the Portuguese community and an attorney for 50 years. Phil helped many people and their families along the way with their legal needs, often for free as a way to serve those who needed it. Phil had a big personality, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A funeral mass will be held at Saint Agnes Catholic Church in Arlington, VA on July 16th, 2025 at 11am. A viewing will be held at the church beginning at 10am, one hour prior to the start of the funeral mass.

In lieu of flowers, Phil requested that any memorial donations be made to Judicial Watch for his love of country, or to Wilmer Eye Clinic so that others may receive the same great eye care he received in his later years.
