Regina M. (Jean) Haggerty died with family on March 5, 2018. She was born June 25, 1923 in Brooklyn NY. She lived in Queens NY and was a long-time resident of Arlington VA. An avid sportswoman, she was the 1942 Queens Women’s Basketball Champion, and a WGCC Womens Golf Event winner. She was married to Dr. Kenneth M. Haggerty and is survived by children Kevin, Peter and Brian Haggerty, Maura King, Kelly Stock, 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Gathering will be at Murphy’s Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd. Arl.,Wed.. Mar. 14, 6-8pm. Service at Murphy’s, Thursday, Mar.15 at 11am.
