Richard Allen McHugh, "Dick" died on Friday, May 30 at the age of 81. He grew up and lived in Maryland for many years before moving to Virginia where he resided with his wife Marlene. His career was spent in telecommunication and banking. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Parkinson's foundation or the Optimist of Arlington.
