On Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Woodbridge, Virginia. Dear husband for 30 years of the late Cordelia Harrison. Loving father of Judy Scruggs, Robert Scruggs, James Scruggs (Tomas), and Laurie Fairbanks (Gerald). Devoted grandfather of David Grimsley and Devon Fairbanks. Also surviving are his sisters Virginia Sprouffske, Norma Burgee and Jane Polson. Funeral services will be held at the Murphy Funeral Home of Arlington, 4510 Wilson Blvd on Thursday, April 28 at 11:00 a.m. Interment immediately following at Columbia Gardens Cemetery.
