Ron was such a smart man and knew his job inside and out.  He always made time to show any Soldier how to accomplish their mission in his highly technical field.  I am very thankful to have known him.  Thanks Ron.

I got to know Ron when he come home on leave to be in my wedding when I married his sister nearly 40 years ago. At the time I was earning 75 cents an hour and my new brother-in-law regularly telephoned us at 3:00 a.m. from Italy . . . COLLECT! Even such behavior couldn't prevent me from loving him.  The man that I knew as "Ronnie" had an amazing ability to fine the humor in any situation that was encountered. He was generous to a fault and despite the fact that we lived a thousand miles apart, I always have felt close to Ronnie; he may be an "in-law", but we talked as brothers. We have had some wonderful times together. God-speed.

Ron will be greatly missed. I first met Ron in Vicenza, Italy 34 years ago, Ron was a walking - talking book on Technical Procedures even back then. I seemed to run into him all over the world but eventually he settled at the Technical Control Facility, Belvoir Earth Terminal Complex, VA. I again worked with him while I was still in the Military and eventually as a Contractor for the TROJAN Program in his facility.  I missed Ron for a few years while I worked on a different program but I came back as a Governmnent Civilian  on the TROJAN Program and when I walked back into the Tech Control at Belvoir ETC there was Ron's smiling face staring back at me.  Ron was always there when I had questions about TROJAN circuits passing through his facility. You will be missed old friend and my condolences to Donna in your passing.

I've known Ron for many years. He is a true professional in everything he does and will definitely be missed in the Senior Leadership Communications System's satellite operations arena. May God bless his entire family and you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Ron was a great co-worker of mine........ he could always be counted on to provide the support to complete our mission... as Mike North said... old Tech Controllers don't die.. we just move on to a new duty station..........

Ron was a good friend and co-worker for 24 years. Ron always had unbelievable knowledge of many different subjects of which I believe that he could call upon even in his sleep. He will be sorely missed and I will never forget or regret my time working with him.

I had the pleasure of working remotely with Ron for quite a few years - whenever there was worry about something, even if I couldn't contact him, if he had the information, I always knew we were safe to proceed and that it would work out as long as it was 'Ron's Belvoir'. Over the years we worked on some very challenging projects together, and we got to know each other. Often we would yak on the phone after the work was done, and we traded stories about families, and neighbors, and I'm sure there were a couple off-color jokes in there too. :) I will miss him terribly as a very competent and reliable colleague, but most of all as a good man. The whole CACI crowd is very saddened by his passing, and we share our sincere condolences with you all.

Donna, we are so saddened to hear of Ron's passing. We are so glad we got to see him at our class reunion last year. He seemed so happy and loved his job. Keeping you and the family in our thoughts and prayers.

Ronnie was my "country bumpkin" cousin (as I grew up in the "big city") that spent a lot of time with Phil and I after we got married and before he left for the Army.....I miss those times. Donna, you are in our prayers.

Ron was a subject matter expert, mentor, and friend. As a tech controller, he leaves behind a legacy that will never be matched. There are countless Soldiers and Civilians that are better having had him as a colleague and he will be deeply missed.

Ron was  the most generous of neighbors. He was friendly and genuinely engaged. He watched out for us, shared his tools and baked us delicious zucchini bread. He was  a wonderful gardener and  always shared the extra tomatoes and cukes. His skills didn't stop at vegetables; Ron grew amazing roses, azaleas and lilacs.  And his garden became a wonderland during the holidays. 

 The flag was flown on patriotic and civic  holidays. At Christmas Ron would transform his small yard into an ice-scape with all sorts of lights, trees and deer. His Halloween decorations delighted the neighborhood trick-or-treaters. 

Donna, I have many fond memories of Ron  and of his devotion to you. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

I've been lucky to live across the street from Ron and Donna for the last 11 years.
You could not ask for better friends or neighbors.

He plied us with food, both homemade and homegrown, made our Lab delirious with happiness when he would visit her on "Bone Sunday" for a Milkbone or 4, always offered a helping hand and threw a great Christmas party.

The hood will not be the same without Ron. Luckily he leaves us with his deputy mayor Donna to keep things running smoothly.

Growing up with Ronnie as my older cousin was fun. He was always teasing me about something.  The last time I saw him, he was still teasing me!  I am going to miss him.

Ron was my friend and neighbor for the 13 years I've lived next door and he was a great example of both.  He was always there with a helping hand (or mower) and a funny word, and he will be missed tremendously. Rest in peace, my friend.

My association with Ron began as a technical rivalry but grew into a valued friendship. Since we've been friends, we always made sure to keep in touch with a phone call every month or two.  When Ron would call me, it would truly brighten my day.  Ron always managed to keep a real sense of humor even when this or that issue was bothering him.  I will truly miss my dear friend.

As a co-worker, friend, and fellow Technical Controller, Ron was on of the best. Of the controllers he's trained, so many went on to do great things in the signal world.  Techincal Controller's don't die.  We just transfer to another station.  We're missing you Ron.

I shoulder much grief for the loss of Ron. He was a wonderful man, and somehow managed to brighten my day every time I saw him. His witty jokes and magnetic laugh will live in my memory for eternity. You will be dearly missed, buddy!

A friend, teacher and mentor for years while I was in military and retired. Ron had a wealth of knowledge that he shared during my tours at ETC and my travels throughout the world, but he will be greatly missed. May you rest in peace.
