Groves, Gainesville, VA,, William C. Thatcher, Arlington, VA, Richard G. Thatcher, Warrenton, VA and Lois A. Thatcher, Glen, Allen, VA; 19 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held at Murphy Funeral home on Friday November 9, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at 4510 Wilson Blvd. Arlington, VA. On Saturday November 10, 2012 a visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. followed by funeral services beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Cherrydale Baptist Church, 3910 Lorcom Lane, Arlington, VA.
