86, of Arlington, Va., passed away peacefully at home on April 5, 2015. A lifelong resident of Lyon Park, dedicated homemaker, devoted wife of the late Harlan Rockwell. Survived by brother Herbert Sowers; children Lynn Maxwell (Paul), Janice Linger (Steve), and Steve Rockwell (Betty); grandchildren David Maxwell (Laura) and Stephenie Linger; and great grandchildren Lindsey and Timothy Maxwell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cedar Creek Valley Central Community Center (CCVCCC), c/o 5420 Zepp Rd., Maurertown, Va 22644, where she volunteered in her beloved Zepp community.
