Theresa Cook went home to the Lord, peacefully in her sleep, the morning of May 19th at Powhatan Nursing Home in Falls Church, VA . She leaves her daughters Alice Moore and Mary Walters, Mary’s husband Duncan Walters and their daughter Stephanie Rose Walters. She is also survived by three siblings in Japan. Her husband, Harold Cook, died in 2007. Mass of Christian Burial is at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Arlington, VA on May 27th at 11 o’clock.
According to Theresa’s wishes, she will be cremated and buried in Massachusetts next to her husband, with memorial mass at St. Mary Catholic Church in Uxbridge, MA at a later date.
