Bill and I had such a delightful conversation by the pool this summer. The sparkle in his eyes I will always remember with joy.

Dear Monica and Family,
What a great joy it was to be able to get to know Bill and support him during his later years.  He was so kind-hearted, earnest, and always compassionate toward others.  I loved his visits to check in with me in my office -- he would always say, "Well, you know my wife Monica; you and her are friends!" and then give me all the updates.  He adored the Book Club, which we will continue in his honor.  His presence is greatly missed at Insight, and I will treasure my memories of him.  What a gem of a man!
