It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Brent Norwood Emory, who left us on November 10, 2025. He was born on April 27, 1965, in Everett, WA. Brent lived in Conway, WA, where he fully enjoyed his 60 years of life, centered around his family and building a successful small business.
Brent is survived by his wife; Susan Emory, his children; Brennan (Olivia) Emory, Brooke (Kyle) Rossnagle, and four grandchildren; Landon, Erin, Walter, and his baby girl on the way. He is also survived by his parents Gilbert and Lois Emory, his sister Lori, and many other loving family members and friends.
Brent spent his childhood raised in Marysville, WA, where he made numerous lifelong friends. He graduated from Marysville Pilchuck High School in 1983. During high school, he started working for his father’s business. From there, he never looked back, as he spent his entire career working for E&E Lumber, overseeing the operations of both family stores. In1990, Brent met his wife Susan on a blind date. They were inseparable from that day, and would go on to get married shortly after on February 22, 1992. They made Conway their home with their two children. He enjoyed snowmobiling, golfing and any projects involving woodworking. Most of all he cherished time with his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on November 21, 2025 at 2pm at Bethany Christian Assembly in Everett, WA. Friends and family are welcome to join us in celebrating Brent’s life. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ethan’s Smile Foundation in his memory.
The impact of Brent’s kind heart and generosity on his family, friends and community is immeasurable. He will be remembered by many, deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
