Carolyn was born in Madison, WI and ultimately settled in WA where she met her husband

at church. She dedicated her life to her faith, two children and being the matriarch of the

family. She is known for her nurturing and caretaking of everyone.

Carolyn took her final breath surrounded by the love of her family, and as she departed this

world; she began her journey home.

Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kluin; son Daniel (Danny) Kluin; 1 brother; and 3

sisters.

Survived by her children, Dwayne Kluin (Holly) and Roxanne Johnson (Rhett); grandchildren

Carrie Im (Sary), Branden Kluin (Kirsten), Julia Peters (Josh), and Blake Kluin;

great-grandchildren, Daimeon Peters, Sary Im Jr, JahnDara Im, and Nora Peters; and her

double cousin Nancy Kluin (Del).

An intimate graveside service will be held at 11 am October 24, 2026 at Arlington Cemetery.

Following at 2 o'clock, there will be light refreshments and many memories shared at her

home in Silvana.

In lieu of donations to the family, please make a donation in her name to the charity closest

to your heart or an extra tithe to your church in her honor.
