Deb (Whitehead) Camp, 67, of Arlington, Wash., passed away peacefully at HomePlace, Burlington on Thursday, December 9, 2021, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Deb was born on April 28, 1954, in Wiesbaden, Germany. She was married in Coloma, Ca., in 1979 to Scott Camp, and moved to Arlington in 1980. Deb went to work at Everett Orthopedic & Fracture clinic and then to Whitehorse Family Medicine where she loved and cherished her work family for 25 years. Upon retirement in 2017, Scott and Deb spent most their time traveling throughout the west in their trailer, making continuous loops visiting their 3 boys and 4 grandchildren, whom Deb absolutely adored. Even through her declining health, Deb loved being out on the road seeing and exploring new places and new adventures. Since her childhood, Deb's heart and soul was with her animals. She rode and showed horses through her younger years, and later had horses, a donkey (Donk), goats, dogs, cats, doves and finches. She was in absolute heaven in her barn tending her loved ones. When she wasn't taking care of her animals, she was in the yard, constantly weeding, planting flowers and creating her beautiful yard which she was very proud of. Deb was the most kind, caring and loving mother raising her 3 boys under her umbrella of unconditional love and support. All she ever wanted was for her family to be happy, safe and feel loved. Even as things got bad over the last couple years, she always smiled, laughed, and still concerned herself with the comfort and contentment of other over herself. Deb touched many, many people with her beautiful, loving soul, she was truly an angel on this earth. Deb is now united with those loved ones that preceded her in death: her father Neil Whitehead, Father in law, Dick Camp and good friend Jodi Daggett. She leaves behind her husband Scott Camp of 43 years, sons Jordan (Emily) Camp, Nick (Kelsey) Camp, and Reid (Meghan) Camp. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Carter, Clara, Kaylin, and Brynlee and her many, many loving friends. Special thanks to the incredible people at Homeplace Burlington memory care, for the loving care and support you gave to her. A celebration of life will be held Saturday January 8, 1 pm, at Gleneagle Golf and Country club.
