Della Rae Phillips, 82, passed away July 7, 2013 in Arlington, WA. She was born to Dale and Florence Jones October 17, 1930 in Sedro Woolley, WA. Della enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and traveling. She was a strong, outgoing, caring and loving mother and grandmother. Preceding her in death was her husband James Phillips in 1998, son William Green, grandson Robert Sharkey and great-grandson Kevin Allison. Surviving Della are her children, Karl Tholstrup of Sedro Woolley, Sharon Chapin of Sedro Woolley, Kristina Davis of Sedro Woolley; sisters, JoAnn Shilds of Lyman, WA, Margaret Cabe of Lyman, WA and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A closed casket visitation will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013, 1-7 p.m. at Weller Funeral Home, 327 N. MacLeod Ave., Arlington, WA 98223. A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2013, 2:30 p.m. at Arlington Municipal Cemetery, 20310 67th Ave. NE, Arlington, WA, 98223.
