She dedicated her lifelong career to Chief Leschi School to make a difference in children’s lives and be involved in the Tribal community. She loved to volunteer at Chief Leschi Summer Camp without hesitation or expectations, she simply wanted to help in any way and be involved with the children and loving friends. In her free time, she enjoyed going to pow-wows, casinos with her lucky finger, going on drives and getting lost, dancing being the free spirit she is and spending quality time with family and friends. She had a big heart and only saw the kindness and goodness in others and loved to give big hugs, make people laugh and spread happiness everywhere. Irene touched many people’s lives and will be with you all in your heart and in spirit forever. Memories are a lifetime, and she will never be forgotten. She will be watching over us all doing her little dance, smiling with her cute cheeks and giving hugs to everyone. So, all the love she left behind will live on in all of us until we meet again. Rest peacefully, we love you mom, Irene.See more See Less
