

James M. Jones passed away unexpectedly on November 23rd 2014 due to complications following a surgery. Jim was born in Redding, CA and lived throughout California, Nevada, Utah, and Massachusetts before settling in Arlington, WA for the past 20 years.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 22 years Milissa Jones. He is survived by his children Jessica, Brian, Kristin, Jim, Justin, Jared, Karrie and Kristina, their spouses and many dearly loved grandchildren, brother, sister, brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
Aged 66 years old, Jim was born in Redding, CA to Barbara Olsen Jones and Robert Jones. Jim graduated from Hiram Johnson High School in Sacramento, CA then attended and graduated from Sacramento City College. Jim then joined the Navy and was an Electronics Technician for 11 active years. After the Navy Jim served with the Air National Guard for 9 years.
In civilian life Jim worked as an Electronics Technician for Lockheed-Martin in San Jose, CA and Boeing in Everett, WA. After working for Absolute Manufacturing in Arlington, WA he retired in 2009.
Jim enjoyed antiquing, gardening, spending time in his woodshop, his herd of dogs, and working on projects in and around the house. He will be greatly missed by all of his family, friends, and neighbors.
A gathering to celebrate his life will be held at his home on Saturday. November 29th, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. All are welcome. Bring stories and pictures to share. Thank you
