Kathy Ann Dexter, 40, passed away July 21, 2014 in Monroe, WA. She was born June 12, 1974 in Everett, WA. Kathy graduated from Arlington High School of Arlington, WA in 1993 and went on to a career as a Kinder Care pre-school teacher. She enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, picking wild mushrooms and traveling with her husband. She cared about all animals. Kathy was the happiest giving things she made with her bare hands. She had a huge heart and was very loving and caring. She is survived by her loving of husband of 14 years, Ted Dexter III, mother Teresa (Barrie) Burns of Everett; sisters Terra Jane (Jason) Hartmann of Shelton, WA and Robyn Brown of Mt. Vernon, WA. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Weller Funeral Home, 327 N. MacLeod Ave., Arlington, WA. Memorial donations may be made to your favorite animal rescue organization.
