TO THOSE I LOVE AND THOSE WHO LOVE ME

When I am gone, release me, let me go-- I have so many things to see and do. You mustn’t tie yourself to me with tears, Be thankful for our many beautiful years. I gave you my love, You can only guess How much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now it’s time I traveled on alone. So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must, Then let your grief be comforted by trust. It’s only for a time that we must part So bless the memories within your heart. I won’t be far away, for life goes on So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can’t see or touch me, I’ll be near And if you listen with your heart you’ll hear All my love around you soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone, I’ll greet you with a smile and say -- “Welcome home!”

Dear Guy, Denise & all the family, I was so sorry to just hear of your mom's passing today. Your mom was one of the kindest, most loving women I've ever known. I'm so lucky that she was not only my first mom's best friend, but then my aunt. She always made me feel very special. I remember when she came & stayed with me when I had my tonsils out and was so sweet & funny. I think she was really there to stay with my little brothers, but I remember she was there for me. I'm sure that she is missed everyday! Sending love & fond thoughts to all, Patty McGladrey McGinnis

So sorry to hear of the passing of Maridee. It was nice to have her in the neighborhood. I remember when we first moved to the neighborhood she would have a special treat she would give to my kids on Halloween instead of the usual ones she gave to the other kids. Just a short time ago as she was passing by she stopped and was visiting with Tyler. She didn't have to do that but it shows what kind of person she was to take the time to stop and talk to a teenager. She will be missed. Prayers to the family

I am saddened by the death of a wonderful, and kind lady. We are neighbors and enjoyed the mailbox chats and the greetings of coming and going. She indeed loved her family so very much and was proud of each one of them.

Maridee was a great coworker in the Arlington Post Office. I swear the lights in the building showed a little brighter when she walked in to work! Always a smile for everyone!

I just learned at this late date of my cousins death.
I am so sorry to hear this sad news.
Maridee and I had spent times together in our childhood, staying at Grandma
and Grandpa's home in Arlington, and continued to stay in contact up until a few years ago.
I will always remember her as a bubbly person who
loved family and those around her. She will be missed.

Maridee was always there. She was so very kind to our mother, Olive Kyle Woods Rettke during her lifetime, visiting, bringing her gifts back from her trips, etc. Talked to her in August, but never expected that it would be our final conversation. She was one of the best and will be missed.

Rest in peace, Cuz!

Maridee and I lived across the street from each other on Stilly for years.
When she moved to Oregon after her Grandmother passed away, I begged my Mother to let her live with us. (My Mother had six children). We had a good time at our 25th High School Reunion and also the 50th Reunion. It's good to hear how loved she is.

Im so sorry for the loss of Maridee. She was always fun to run into her and catch up and she had nothing but great things to say about her "kids" both her own and he grandkids. She will be missed, im so glad that we were given the chance to know her.
