Mary “Reita” Arnot was born in Vancouver, Canada on December 4, 1914 and passed away January 4, 2013 in Arlington, Washington at the age of 98. She graduated from Everett High School in 1932 and has been a resident of Olympic Place Retirement home for the past 8 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1971.
Reita is survived by her daughters, Barbara King of Puyallup and Margaret (Keith) Sarkisian of Arlington. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren: Terri (Tom) Witte and their sons Bryan and Sean of Ephrata; Diane (Bud) Nameck and their daughter Kelsey of Spokane; Patti (Wade) Ellsworth of Everett and their daughters Amber (Rick) Carl of Arizona, Ashley Ellsworth of Mill Creek, and Amye Ellsworth of Cheney; Kevin King and his sons Connor and Logan of DesMoine; Jodi (Eric) Lien and their sons, Hunter and Karsten of Portland; two great-great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Abby Carl; brother, Don Dorfner of Seattle; and many other members of the extended Arnot family
