Norman L. Skinner, born September 1, 1931, father, grandfather, friend, etc., passed away on May 8, 2012 in Ontario, OR. He joined the Air Force in 1947 and retired a veteran in 1969. He lived in Arlington, WA for many years, and then moved to Fruitland, ID after the passing of his wife, in order to get to know other parts of his family. Norman was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Wanda; mother, Ula; son, Wade; and brother, Chett. He leaves behind his significant other, Sandy Gregory; numerous brothers and sisters; daughters, Jacqueline Kay, Gloria Deitz, Brenda Skinner, and Tina Duran; sons, Douglas Skinner, and Norman Skinner Jr; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. Services will be held on June 30, 2012 at 4p.m. at Wellers Funeral Home in Arlington, WA. Norman touched many hearts and will forever be missed and remembered.
