Born in Yakima, WA, Rob carried humor, curiosity, and a deep love of music throughout his life. He later made his home in Darrington, WA, where he lived with his wife, Bobbi. Lovingly nicknamed "Robbie Rockstar" by his mother, he embraced music not just as something to hear, but as something to live. A lifelong Beatles fan, he proudly wore a yellow submarine tattoo, a lasting tribute to the band that helped shape the soundtrack of his life.
Rob built a long career as a Pharmacy Technician before later pursuing other work. He was known for his steady presence and willingness to help others. Outside of work, he enjoyed playing guitar, exploring new gadgets, and enthusiastically starting projects with big plans, even if a few remained unfinished. His optimism and curiosity were simply part of who he was.
Above all, Rob was devoted to his family. He is survived by his wife, Bobbi; his children, Misty, Kayla, Ryan, and Tyler; and his stepchildren, Tana, Tracie, and Trevin. He was a proud grandfather to Addison, Austin, Ethan, Lane, Kenadie, Porter, Kylie, Mollie, Ryker, Connor, and Carson, and a great-grandfather to Andrew and Genevieve. His strength, humor, and deep capacity for love will continue to live on through each of them.
Rob will be remembered for his jovial spirit, his kindness, his unmistakable laugh, and the music that so often accompanied him. Though he may have sailed beyond our sight, his song continues on in the hearts of those who loved him. In our lives, we have loved many - but none quite like him.
