He is survived by his mother, Maryann (Mimi) Sweet, father Michael D. Sweet, siblings Sydney Rockwell (Scott), Shelby Griffith (Tyler) and Shaye Sweet, grandparents Ed and Edna Sweet, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Sam loved to play with his niece Cameron, and 3 nephews, Emmett, Owen and Brennan. A private service will be planned in the future. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
