I loved my Uncle Bob so very much. His light hearted candor and youthful spirit made him a joy to be around. From sharing a birthday cake to our gatherings at the lake we always looked forward to spending time with him. When dad called me to give me the news I wasn't able to processes it all at once. I knew time was cutting short the last time we met. It was during my mom and dad's 50th anniversary celebration so I sat a camera on the table just to record him with family one more time. I'll make that available to family soon.

My thoughts and prayers have been with you all as we've traveled this road at the same time. My heartfelt sympathy and prayers for comfort, peace, and solace in knowing that Bob had a good life and will have an even better home in eternity with our Heavenly Lord and those who have gone on before. My prayers will continue for those of you who immensely feel this loss.
