Carlos Odell Sensabaugh

Carlos “Carl” Odell Sensabaugh was born on March 10, 1945 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Thomas Sensabaugh and Aline Harris. Carl went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 15, 2025.

Carl was preceded in death by his siblings Fred, Sophia, Iva Mae, James, George, Jesse, Paul, Thomas, Cora, Zora, William, John, Perry, Terry, and Richard. His legacy lives on through his wife of 58 years, Marian; their children, Gregory and Timothy; and his grandchildren, Victoria and Carlton, as well as countless extended family members and friends, all of whom loved and miss him deeply.

Carl served over 60 years in full time Christian ministry as an Evangelist, Missionary, Teacher and Pastor. His ministry spanned from coast to coast of the United States and internationally in the Philippines, Mexico, Israel, and Russia.

Carl was widely regarded by his peers as a true “preacher’s preacher.” His deep knowledge of Scripture, coupled with his profound wisdom and discernment, made him a trusted source of insight for friends and family alike. He stood as an anchor and confidant for fellow ministers, especially during the most challenging moments of their lives and ministries. Throughout his life, one word was consistently used to describe Carl - Integrity.

“May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.” – Psalms 25:21
