Charles R. Murray, Sr. age 89, passed on Thursday, October 8, 2026, and was a resident of Arnold, Missouri. Beloved husband of the late Judith E. "Judy" Murray (nee Jenning). Loving dad of Charles R. (Johnna) Murray, Jr. and Christina R. Murray. Cherished PaPa of Oksana, Chip and Teddy Murray. Dearest son of the late Ade and Zola Murray (nee Elrod). Dear brother of the late Clifford (survived by Lola) Murray. Our dear cousin and friend of many.
Charles proudly served in the US Navy on the USS Midway. He was a longtime employee of Zamzow Manufacturing, a member of Maplewood Salvation Army and a volunteer at the Gateway Food Pantry.
Visitation will be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 10:00 am. A Graveside Service will be held at Parkview Cemetery, 1520 Weber Loop, Farmington, MO at 1:00 pm.
