Christine J. "Cricky" Lang (nee Bock) of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013 at the age of 44. Dearest daughter of Patsy J. Bock (nee Hartman) and the late Wesley J. Bock. Beloved wife of Shawn C. Lang. Loving mother of Katlyn and Tyler Lang. Dear sister of Diane (Ken) Harris and B.J. (Lisa) Bock. Dear aunt of Rebecca and Brian Bock, Tristan and Logan Jacobson and Melina Lang. Our dear daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, niece, cousin and dear friend to many.

Cricky was a 1987 graduate of Fox High School, Active Member and Past Honored Queen of Bethels #47 and #1, Past President and Member of Fox Elementary Parents Club, participated in the Drama Club with her daughter Katlyn and a Councilwoman Ward 1 for the City of Arnold. Her accomplishments on the City Council included working to bring to Arnold a steel beam that was part of the World Trade Center Towers before they came down on September 11, 2001. The beam is displayed in a park outside Arnold's Recreation Center.

Visitation will be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. then moved to People's Church, 1770 Missouri State Road, Arnold, Missouri where she will be in state on Thursday, February 7 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Should friends desire, contributions to the Christine Lang Memorial Fund, C/O Eagle Bank, 3944 Vogel Rd., Arnold, MO 63010 or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation appreciated.
