I'm so very sorry to hear that "Mama Ducky" has passed. She was a wonderful mother, a terrific volleyball fan, and a great friend. I feel fortunate to have gotten to know Mrs. Ducky as I coached Sara in volleyball and she was one of the nicest, kindest, caring people I knew. I am grateful that we stayed in touch once Sara graduated so I could hear how the family was doing and share in the joy she felt in her husband, daughters, and granddaughters. We all have another angel looking down on us now. Thoughts and Prayers to the entire family and the rest of her friends.

Such a beautiful smile... is how I will always remember Danette. Having met her a year ago I was amazed at her strength and love of her God and family. Just being around her made me feel warm and cozy and her friendship has changed my life forever. I know she lives on thru her beautiful daughters and granddaughters, and will be greatly missed.
Love, Suzie

There has never been a gentler or kinder soul on Earth than Danette. My heart goes out to all who remember her as a classmate and dear friend, those who remember her as a colleague, and especially those who cherish her as a devoted family member, daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother.

Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of Danette's passing. She fought so hard for so long. I've worked at M/A for 31 years and worked closely with her the past 2-1/2 years. She was always so kind, helpful and patient with me. My only regret with Danette is she was not able to attend Cardinal Spring Training, she wanted to go so badly, but couldn't because it falls during tax/auditing season. I'm sure she will attend this spring. I will miss her smiling face and positive attitude. I'm so sorry for your loss. Saddest Regards, Jim Harrer
