David Phillip Atkins Sr., age 63, of Imperial, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. David was born October 3, 1959 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Dorothy Atkins (nee Whitaker)and the late Billy Ray Atkins. Beloved husband of Lisa K. Atkins (nee Shockley); loving father of Bethany (Eric) Heider, David (Ashley) Atkins Jr. and Dustin (Jamie Sears) Atkins; cherished grandfather of Gracie, Sadie, Kohen, Micah and Leo; Our dear brother, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.
David was an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting and fishing, he enjoyed working on cars and helping others but most of all he loved spending time with his "Little Bride" has he would refer to his wife Lisa.
A visitation for David will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arnold Church of Christ, 2267 Scott Dr., Arnold, MO 63010. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 2267 Scott Dr., Arnold, MO 63010. Burial will follow at Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
