Fred is survived by; brother Roy (Carol) Bellville and sister Marian (the late John) Enders; niece Cindy Davis, nephew Rick (Andrea) Enders, nephew Randall (Kim) Bellville and the late niece Rebecca O'Hara: great nephew Christopher Bellville, great niece Ashley Enders, great niece Candice Guard, great niece Kayla O'Hara and great niece Veronica Bonine.
Fred was a Navy Veteran and a member of Meramec (Arnold) Elks, Lodge 2372.
A visitation for Fred will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO. 63010. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. A burial will immediately follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, Jefferson Barracks, MO. 63125-4166.
