George Gerlach

George William Gerlach, age 83, of Festus, Missouri passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022. George was born December 14, 1938 is St Louis, Missouri to the late George and Dorothy Gerlach (nee Willman); beloved husband of Martha Louise Gerlach (nee Schaefer); loving father of Charles (Vicki), Cindy (Don) Bizzle, Carol (Kevin) Bange and Curtis Gerlach; dearest grandfather of Chris Gerlach, Nathan (Amber) Gerlach, Aaron Gerlach, Nikki (Randy) Clark, Kristine (Vince) Marino, Adam (Sami) Bizzle, Tiffanie (Daniel) Bange, Kyle (Shelby) Bange, Colby Gerlach and Christian Millard; Cherished great grandfather of Isaiah Gerlach, Grayson Gerlach, Katalina Gerlach, George Gerlach, Savannah Clark, Dominic Marino, Lucas Marino, Rosie Shaw, Karter Bange and Weston Millard; loving brother of Betty Gapsch.

George will be greatly missed by all that knew him, even Happy the dog.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM Heiligtag Lang Fendler Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
